Sovereign AI invests in Ineffable Intelligence

Sovereign AI is backing Ineffable Intelligence.

Ineffable is building learning systems that can go beyond the limits of human knowledge, learning continuously to push the frontiers of science and technology.  

Ineffable Intelligence is led by David Silver, one of the defining figures in modern AI. A professor at UCL and formerly head of reinforcement learning at Google DeepMind, Silver's work sits behind some of the most consequential breakthroughs of the last decade. He founded IneffableIntelligence to build systems that learn beyond the limits of human-generated data – agents that discover new knowledge for themselves. Ineffable Intelligence reflects exactly what Sovereign AI is here to back. Founders pushing the frontiers of AI, built and anchored in the UK.

Alongside capital, Sovereign AI is supporting startups, including Ineffable, with access to the UK’s largest AI supercomputers, visas, and the unique levers of the British state. Sovereign AI will be co-investing with the British Business Bank in Ineffable Intelligence.
